  • How old must my unit be to apply for the Program?

    Units can be any age. If they are more than 15 years old or in poor condition, We will replace the unit at Supply Price, just the monthly payment. 

  • Is there any maintenance I have to do?

    Yes, you are responsible for replacing your air filters at least 8 times per year. 

  • Will I be guaranteed a working unit during the entire program?

    Two Brothers Air and Heat is responsible for repairs due to normal wear and tear and annual maintenance for the duration of the program at No Cost to You.

  • How do I schedule maintenance or repair?

  • What happens after I have made my Maintenance Request?

    Two Brothers Air and Heat, must arrive at your home within 8 hours and make the necessary repair at No Cost to You.

  • What happens if they can't repair it on the first visit because they have to order parts from Air Supply?

    Two Brothers Air and Heat will install 2 portable A/C units in your home until the unit is repaired at No Cost to You.

  • What happens at the end of the agreement?

    At the end of the agreement, you may either: (1) Continue with the program and the required Two Brothers Air and Heat repair and maintenance of the System on a year-to-year basis, or (2) Renew the program for 3 years, 5 years.

  • Can I cancel the contract at any time?

    No, You know the costs associated with air conditioning and home comfort. For the program to be affordable and to keep it running, we need to fulfill each and every one of our contracts.

  • Is there a minimum contract period?

    Yes, we know the costs associated with air conditioning and home comfort. For the program to be affordable and to keep it running the minimum contract period is 2 years.

  • Who is offering the A/C Service Warranty Program?

  • Can my monthly payments vary after a repair?

    Absolutely No, Our Service Warranty is a Contract , your payments will be as agreed with you from the first day of the Contract.

  • What is reviewed to obtain the amount I must pay monthly?

    To define your monthly payment, Number of Units under your Control.

  • What happens after I fill out the Sign Up Form?

    A representative will contact you and will schedule an Initial meeting to evaluate the Contract and complete the application. 


  • What is not covered in the Program?

    Damage caused by the customer or third parties (No other Company or subject other than (Two Brothers Air and Heat) will manipulate, replace or modify any of the parts or forms of the units, Dirty Evap Coil (due to the customer's failure to replace the filter as stipulated in the Contract) There will be an added cost for Pull an Clean Evap Coil payable at the time of repair.
